Clarion Hotel Umeå

Clarion Hotel Umeå is Umeå's largest hotel – and perhaps the most vibrant workplace you can imagine. We are now seeking a dedicated and meticulous Maintenance Technician who can take care of our hotel with care and expertise during the summer. We welcome hundreds of guests each week, and we need someone we can rely on to ensure everything runs smoothly and looks fantastic.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily operation and maintenance of the property.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ongoing maintenance, including painting work, repairs, and spa maintenance.
• Prioritize guest needs and ensure that all hotel facilities are in top condition.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You preferably have a technical background with experience in the operation and maintenance of complex buildings.
• You have a good economic understanding and insight into how energy usage affects the hotel's performance.
• You are flexible, solution-oriented, and can step in at short notice.
• It is a merit if you hold a B driver's license.
• You have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

The job

• Salary: According to collective agreement
• Employment type: Fixed-term part-time employment, 75% during the summer period
• Working hours: Daytime, evening & weekends, just like it is in hotels
• Start date: By agreement
